Charity Carnival Fund Raising for the Victims of the Natural Disasters In the Pacific Rim

In the spirit of goodwill and as part of the MCA Charity Carnival’s mission to raise funds for our neighbours in the Philippines, Indonesia and India affected by natural disasters, the MCA HQ Staff Sports Club together with Wanita MCA and CRSM had set up booths in Central Market, Kuala Lumpur last Saturday (14 Nov 2009) selling items and services ranging from food stuff, games, handicrafts, ahd even hair cuts amongst others.

As a member of the organising committee, the MCA HQ Staff Sports Club sold herbal eggs and bottles of mineral water.

The response was good, and our Sports Club managed to raise RM1048.00 at the Charity Carnival. Special thanks to our sponsors - Kim Kee Restaurant which contributed the herbal eggs and, to Delco (M) Sdn Bhd for donating the mineral water. Last but not least, thank you to all our members who turned out as volunteers to man the booth.

Plenty of things selling in the carnival: flowers, food, bread, fried chicken wing, Nasi Brayani, Fried Bee Hoon, Handicraft, haircut, stationery, herbal eggs, plastic container and etc.

In conjunction with the charity carnival, the organising commttee thus invite the orpeans from the Ti-RatanaWellfare Society

1018 FRIM野餐

1018早晨，兴致勃勃约了一班朋友到FRIM野餐。受邀成员主要是Hellen的朋友和我的朋友（条件是要单身）。原本一行人共8位，但最近飞机友很多，最后只有5人+小贝贝。在这里，真的是要严厉谴责飞机友。

在过两天，我就要踏入29岁，讲你都不信，这还是我第一次出外野餐咧，心情很兴奋！

这个地方非常受落，人来人往，一家大小响应健康生活，全体出动晨运

今天要挑战的是：Razak Walk
全程才400m！短到。。。

挑战者有：福民（抓机者）、Jesslyn、Karen、海伦、我，还包括贝贝
贝贝：才400米，难不倒我的。走就走，谁怕谁？

哗！这个男的好啊~因该是住家男型的。可以考虑。

我充当临时保姆，但为什么也看越像是我的小孩咧~
可能是脸色太苍白、憔悴，好像产后的样子。看来是时候要进补了。

早晨的天气清凉，徐徐微风，让人舒服，贝贝坐着坐着就睡着了

这一次的聚餐结果虽未能如意，不过我们不会气馁的。再接再厉！

健南新居吃喝玩乐

自健南新居入伙以来，公司同事未曾拜访，因此大伙决定在屠妖节这一天17/10（六），早上登门拜访。此次的聚餐形有别如往，早上先来一轮羽毛球称霸战后，再进行大食会。

此次大食会的食物，原本将以Pot-luck方式进行，但为了减轻出席者的负担。因此，地主最后决定搞火锅大会。总觉得很奇怪，中午吃火锅。有意思吧！

由于新居的地方有限，因此不能一次招待太多人。敲定形式后，我和健南开始张罗场地、食物等。一班朋友聚在一起吃喝玩乐，好爽咧！
